Jamba Juice - Idaho Falls

I visited Jamba Juice at the Grand Teton Mall on Sunday and the employee, Dani, was very rude. I placed my order and she rolled her eyes at me before walking away. She returned about 3 minutes later with my drink, which was lumpy and poorly made. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking she may have had a tough day, but I can't overlook how rude she was and the poor quality of my smoothie. I will not be returning to this place until I am treated properly.

Our experience at this restaurant was unusual. After placing an online order, we arrived at the location to pick it up. Despite being a little late, we expected our order to be ready. However, we had to wait for a few minutes before someone finally acknowledged us. The customer service was less than satisfactory, as the employee we spoke to seemed confused and had to consult with others before assisting us. Eventually, another staff member came to help us but was aggressive in demeanor. We informed her that we were there to pick up our online order, only to be told that they were out of mangos and certain items. After some confusion, we were able to choose alternative options. However, there was a lack of courtesy or gratitude from the staff throughout the interaction.

I placed an online order for pick-up, but when I arrived at the restaurant, my order was not ready. I waited for 10 minutes before receiving my order, only to find out that it was completely wrong and not what I had ordered. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. The staff seemed too preoccupied with rushing out food to notice the mistakes they were making. Their customer service was terrible.

I love jamba juice, but I stayed by and Iillee was really rude. I ordered a medium mega mango and a medium white gumi. she made two mega mangos and I kindly told her that one of them was a white gumi, and she argued with me about it and I just asked her to ask her to destroy it. So she did, but took a customer order and made her smoothie, and made me wait, so I asked her if she would do it, and she said rudely, "if I have a smoothie, I do it at the end" left me speechless honest, really rude customer service.

I will not be going back to this establishment. I wanted to post this review so this employee’s manager can be aware of their staffs rude behavior. I was standing in line with my kids and I noticed the employee a male with short black hair) saw me and my kids standing at the counter and he slammed his laptop shut and was obviously very annoyed by our presence. This employee preceded to ask us for our order as he was pushing the touchscreen very hard and with a bad attitude. So I just left without saying anything to him as I was very upset that he was being rude to me and my children. Again, I would want to know this experience happened if this was my business.
