Contribuiți la feedbackRude management. They asked me to sign the lease over and over again!! The way they handled the move in was very unprofessional! Different agent kept calling, texting me. And every time they said something different. Super frustrating because they don't seem to know what they're doing atleast they don't communicate amongst each other and keep asking for all kinds of information even after providing it multiple times. It has been a rough experience trying to settle in and get all the documents together...on top the rude management at Vie Towers has made it worse than it needed to be!!!
Even having missed my official move in date, moving in was smooth. Although the cleaning job on the room could have been better.
Why have a moving fee? We were help with our first load, but after going to get more stuff we had no HELP!
I would have rated the move-in experience as a 5 out of 5, if it were not for the inflexibility of the site general manager who would not allow the usage of moving bins not even 5 minutes after the 6:00 pm cutoff time. I traveled from the state of Illinois and experienced a delay in my arrival. However, the manager remained inflexible with a lack of compassion and empathy not only for me, but other parents and one in particular who traveled from a Caribbean Island to assist her Howard University student and was due to travel back the next day. She was also told she could not utilize a moving bin. Otherwise, the staff was excellent, friendly and helpful with the exception of the head general manager.
This apartment is over priced and not suitable to live at if you care about your quality of living. My friends car was broken into in the “secure” parking spot that the company owns. The shuttle bus to Howard University doesn’t run often and is always full. This complex has a history of water issues and maintenance fixes the problems how they see fit. If you want to live here because its the cheaper option i would suggest renting a room elsewhere at least you would have direct contact with your landlord instead of a team who brushes of issues until they become serious.
