Papa Johns Pizza - Hurst

Worst customer service experience ever! I placed an order via phone with ALEXIS. When I got there my order was wrong, so I insisted on asking her to remake it for me. Not to mention before remaking my order, she mention the pizza was just fine to her liking. After remaking my order. I received a pizza that was partially baked. When I brought it to ALEXIS”S attention. I was told by her to go to dominos and to get out, or she would call the police. As I asked to speak with a manager, she mentioned that she was the manager of the location. While ALEXIS was on the phone with police she started to racially profile me. Mentioning to the dispatcher that I was a black fat girl. As I am 8months pregnant. Then she went on to say she was doing me a favor by remaking my order she messed up. Not to mention she was not in proper dress code, as she was wearing shorts that shows her but cheeks with a papa John red team shirt with no bra. Also,I noticed no one there uses gloves while making customer”s orders while watching AlEXIS picking her eye crust while working the register and making other orders. Extremely disappointed with the customer service at store 1301. Be cautious of ordering from this location. Worst customer service ever!

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, they 3rd party out for delivery witch is kool , in till you don’t get it.. called store spoke with Emma and she was so nice, she refunded the order and re maid it for free.Thank you Emma.

Pretty good, pretty fast and was offer good deals at the time too.

Staff was friendly and fast, the cheese bread was MID, seemed like itd been sitting out for a while or something, it was chewy, and the seasoning tasted fake, fresher ingredients my butt !

Order arrived at around 45 min to 50 and the pizza was dead cold . On 1/14/24
