Dunkin' - Hurst

Had placed a pickup order. Stood at the pickup location for 10 minutes with no assistance. Ended up canceling as nobody helped me with 6 people on staff.

Ughhh , y'all need to have pride in your drinks , my drink was nothing like shown and there was no caramel on my whip cream

So I normally go to Dunkin at least 3 times a week. Today I drove up and attempted to order the cotton candy coolatta when the drive thru person was extremely rude because she kept asking me what type of coffee which clearly I stated it is NOT a coffee then someone else got on the drive thru and was equally rude. Horrible customer service. I will not go back to this location absolutely nasty attitudes! DO BETTER Dunkin

Don’t go to this specific Dunkin. They rip you off with the coffee. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and it had virtually no coffee in it and tastes like vanilla milk. It was not a medium brown color like it usually is. When I complained about the color and taste, the worker dismissed me and tried to explain that lattes have no coffee in them and that it should look like that even though I told him multiple times that this is not what my coffee usually looks like when I come to Dunkin.
