Taco Bell 029161 - Huntsville

I've been waiting for a long time. their hours say they close at 1 o'clock. I was on the microphone at 12:35 and they told me they couldn't take my order. there were three cars behind me. there was no excuse, just a “Oh good. it is what it is.” it is totally unacceptable as I was treated, and I will get to the corporate posting this review on all platforms.

Its taco bell one of the better almost food restaurants. I will say that this picturesque location is quite good. Food: 3/5

This location on the university drive near midcity is the best! I had the number 1 (hard dish taco supreme) with the mango whip freeze. delicious! the customer service was excellent in the short personal question and I didn't have to wait long for my eating.

I wasn't in this taco bell in over a month. but I went tonight after the move all day and really tired. the first time I ever waited 20 minutes in the car ride thru when I was the next car in the line. the woman who took orders was not kind at all. the staff is always so friendly when I left before, but this time was completely different. I understand if they have a bad day, but there is no excuse to be rude to others, just because their day is not good. I'll give 3 stars because I can't really hold the waiting time much against them. I know everyone was busy.

Don 't try to come after sunset. Every time I go here at night there 's something wrong with their system. Our card reader isn 't working, cash only our system is down so we can 't take any orders then why are you still open? This last time at 9pm it was We can 't take any orders, grub hub and doordash only so I parked and put in a mobile order, why not mention the fact that you can still receive mobiles? It seems like they come up with excuses at night to just not work because there 's no way I 'm so unlucky that every time I go here the system is down, and if it actually is down this often then a new system needs to be put in.
