Papa Johns Pizza - Huntsville

I'd give 0 out of 5 stars if it was an option. By far the worse pizza delivery experience I've ever had. I placed my order online at 11:25 pm and they closed at 12 am. The delivery estimate showed 2 hours but it never takes that long. I don't actually know how long it took because they never rang my doorbell or knowcked to let me know it was here. They just put the pizza and wings down out front and left. By the time I went out to check if that's what happened the pizza and wings were cold as can be. And on top of that everything was undercooked. I ordered a NY style pizza and it was just a normal 12 large undercooked pizza and the wings were so soft they tasted terrible. Like eating raw chicken. Everything I ordered was basically inedible and it was too late to call by then. I'll NEVER be ordering anything again from this awful location with lazy employees that just care about going home instead of doing their job properly!

Has gone down hill , cost to much for the quality . Pizza never consistent and do not like how they take orders anymore , I will never go there again .

I buy pizza probably once a week at the Papa John’s on Winchester Rd in Huntsville Al. I have read some reviews of some of the others and I don’t know who these people are but I have had only great service and food from this location. The gentleman that serves my pizza to me is so kind and courteous. I’m sorry I asked his name but have since forgotten it. I live closer to another Papa John’s but drive the extra little way for the service I’ve received.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I called and the manager woman who answered the phone was very rude. All I asked was how long was the order gonna take to be delivered and she cried me a river. Very unprofessional behavior. Leave your feelings at the door and stick to the script when you are dealing with paying customers. No need to be rude.

The second time we ordered the filled chest and did not receive. Come on, Dad!
