Subway - Huntington Station

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The service was poor, the pizza was undercooked, and the sandwich wasn't prepared properly. I paid for everything, but it just wasn't worth it.

I really enjoy the various ways you can have a sandwich here; there are so many great options!

I 'm not normally one to give a negative rating, however there was an issue with my order that I placed online with this particular business, and the owner of the business had no resolution for my problem, which is absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered food for my team at work, and the sandwiches were wrapped so poorly, the deli paper was soaked, one foot long was torn in half, another sandwich had a hole in it. I simply asked for a resolution because I am embarrassed to serve food in this condition to my team. The owner responded as if it was comical, and kept on saying I just don 't understand how this happened. I will not be ordering from here ever again. Zero stars if it were possible.
