Contribuiți la feedbackUse to come to this location all the time until today. I ordered my sub and it was supposed to be ready at 12:29. As I sit here watching the employees make everyone's sandwich before the to go's is ridiculous. It's now 12:39 and I'm still waiting..
Walked in around 5pm. Noone at the front counter, waited a minute or two. All 3 workers at the time were in the back on their phones, had to call out twice to get their attention. They looked spooked when I called out to them lol. Sandwich was fine, Igot Tuna. They had to take my bread portion to the back out of view to put the tuna in the bread, kinda weird. Probably won'tcome back to this location but other Jersey Mike's have been good. Only reason it's not a 1 star is that the sandwich wasntthat bad.
THE STAFF DECIDE TO CLOSE EARLY. This location has decided to close at 8pm, an hour before the posted close time of 9pm. They won?t tell you this though, they will just pick up the phone and not say anything until you eventually hang up, or continue tolet the phone ring until it goes to voicemail.
Just had a confusing and disappointing experience at this location... This was my first time ever trying Jersey Mike 's Subs based on numerous high reviews. I researched beforehand the vegan options available. When I walked into the restaurant, I wasgreeted by a swarm of flies. The door was closed so I 'm not sure how they had gotten in. The employee behind the counter greetedme and I asked his assistance in choosing between two sandwiches, he told me neither were popular but I shared that I needed anoption without meat or cheese. The employee responded, those would be your options then. I went with the veggie. The employeethen greeted the person behind me and started making their order. I wasn 't bothered by this, not in a rush or anything. I justfigured he was consolidating tasks. When he was done cutting the meat for the next customer, I kindly asked if he would changehis gloves, which he seemed to do gladly. I then realized he had cut a bunch of cheese for my sandwich. I clarified that Ididn 't want cheese on my sub, he removed it no problem. I specified three times to this employee that I wanted all the veggies,including all the peppers. He did not include the red pepper relish. He did assist me with adding avocado and mushrooms to mysub, however, seemed annoyed when I preferred not to heat the mushrooms on the grill. Another employee began helping me and Ikindly asked her to put some of the pepper relish on the side and she smiled and said, yes, told me my total, handed me mysandwich and walked to the back of the store. I stood there waiting for her to return but she didn 't. I 'm now sitting in theparking lot confused as to what disconnect there was. Overall the sub tasted fine but I felt like I had inconvenienced theemployees somehow by having modifications to my sandwich. I wish I could 've tried the cherry pepper relish since I love spicythings. Probably wouldn 't visit this location again due to the service.
I always order mike's way #13(ish). I frequently order the sandwich without provolone, cappacuolo or ham. I like to add pickles and extra spices. The young staff are pleasant and quick to make it right for the customer.
