Panera Bread - Huntersville

The food was good: soup was hot and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich was absolutely delicious. The bread was very soft and fresh! We had said there were no cucumbers and they were on our sandwiches anyway. I was sad to see the proud t-shirt on the person who takes our order, so I am not sure that I will return.

I'm waiting with creepy customer service. after the meal were prepared togo, I went with my daughter. when we were at home, I took out the meal and they forgot a meal. I called to let them know that the man on the phone said they would refund my card. I gave him reception information and it was 2 weeks and no refund. the man rushed to the phone, so I thought the refund wouldn't happen. choose another place. I do not recommend it. the service was terrible.

I had a great experience and wanted to share. I ordered pickup, but I really didn't want to come in because I didn't feel good. I called when I arrived and explained that I didn't feel good and could bring it out. Lace was very helpful and very sweet and made sure that my order was perfect and quickly came out. And it was delicious! Thank you. Lace for going over and above to give me a very positive experience!

I just ordered, pick up and get some mistakes when ordering home. I was frustrated and called to talk to the manager. He listened to my problems and reacted quickly. Instead of losing a customer, he won my loyalty. I know this is a tough business and he corrected the situation. I'm impressed.

This location used to be so great. The past few times I?ve been it?s taken 30+ minutes for soup and a grilled cheese. It never took that long before. Not to mention, the staff working the window/pick up area are not the nicest. They don?t communicate and even after my buzzer went off I was standing there for 10 minutes still waiting. When I asked if something was mine the worker on my side asked the person in the kitchen what the name on the ticket was for and he said ?idk you should have the tickets? so I was left awkwardly standing there and was told to ?just take it.? (Which it was in fact my order. It?s unfortunate because I used to really like this spot but now I dread going in.
