Bubbakoo's Burritos - Howell

Fast, friendly service. Clean restaurant, fresh food, the new manager, Santos is amazing!! He took and made commands, communicated clearly with the staff, acquired a new employee ( apparently it was their first day, but she did well) all with a quiet and cool demeanor. I have seen some managers who sit back in the office and just tell others what to do, he is in there with his staff, make sure that things are done right, and make sure that the staff knows exactly what to do. I praise him, the whole staff looked new and young. I said I'm asking to say that? good management is hard to find and I appreciate it when I see it! Good job for him, Bubbakoo? I can see that things are better than before, beautiful change!

I was a customer at the Howell site as it was opened, but after this Saturday I will not return. I ordered my ordinary chicken Burrito (as I have done many times) and the young man employee with ear piercings and wavy hair put small chickens and rice in my burrito, so I politely asked if he could put some more in it. Then I try to pay, he tries to ring it as a double chicken. I never asked for double chickens. I fought with me, so I just went and got a Burrito from your competition over the street in Poke Burritos.

I've been driving to Bubbakoo since the original location in Pt Pleasant. I'll be honest: it's often a hit or miss experience, depending on who does your food. If it's on? That was my first experience at this point and it was quite the best food I ever had at a Bubbakoo? I probably ate from a dozen places, and both my wife and I agree that our Chiwawa?s from here were Top Notch. Thank you.

I have a bowl for lunch. Large part and tasteful. Been to two Bubba sites amd havent had any complaints

Go into order get a burrito and a burrito bowl. Both doubble steak. They make the bowl first when we see the portion of meat we instantly ask that's a double? They say yes with the way the world is today we don't question it again until they put the meat on the regular burrito. It's clearly twice the meat that went in the bowl. So we ask to do a visual comparison when they open they bowl you can tell the difference. We ask them to make it right the manager comes looks and says I don't know what to tell you your either taking it or you're not. So we don't take any of the food. Not to mention they also made a crispy chicken burrito and a Quesadilla for us. So they lost that whole order instead of just making it right. I will never visit this location again.
