Wendy's - Houston

I’ve been coming here for 20+ years. I would love to eat here but I went to restroom and the women’s toilet doesn’t just have a yellow pee ring but it’s literally stained yellow. Cleaning the bathrooms is basic, so if they aren’t cleaning the toilets, what else is dirty?

A nice place. I always get good food, and drive thru is fast. No bad experience yet.

Getting worse Dave. The quality is going down hill. I noticed only 4 employees. 1 playing with the phone, another staring out the window, Latina slapping the food together and 1 cashier that took 3 minutes figuring out how to remove the cheese from the order.Photo shows what you expect and the other is a $7 Dave’s Double

I am always satisfied when I order at this wendy’s! Every time I order here the young lady greets me and goes above and beyond to get my order correctly. I like to show recognition to people who deserve it, today I finally asked for her name she mentioned it was Jackie.

I had ordered for pickup, wasn't ready, the order was as selected. I ate the cheeseburger about 10 mins after pick up 2hrs later had to run to the restroom and had projectile diohorea! The only other thing I ate before that was tost with butter, my usual breakfast.
