Wendy's - Houston

Drive thru. Fast. Efficient. Smiling service from the young lady and the manager procured a small sample of the peppermint freeze. Very pepperminty!!! Lol

Solid Wendy's. The burgers were cooked very well for a fast food joint. The nuggets were decent, and they passed the taste test. I had the usual stuff, fries, chocolate shake, and drink. The staff was on point, and the drive thru moved fairly quickly. My compliments to the management and service employees. They are excellent, worthy of a pay raise

This Wendys up until recently has been great, this time the drive thru was backed up to the main road (south dairy Ashford) parking was all kinds of crazy, so parked and went inside. The lady's at the front counter were going crazy, made the same order of small fries 3 times when the gentleman asked for large and the line was extremely long. I then walked out and went to Taco Bell.

Bad service, cold fries and burger my drink I ask for sprite an they gave me carbonated water. Where is the manager on that situations. Don't they pay them to manage a restaurant.
