Rays Real Pit Bbq Shack - Houston

My only complain is that is a very small dining area. Other than that all the employees did a great job getting my order. Finally a place with real Mac cheese with a kick of Cajun spice. Had brisket, ribs and sausage and all three delicious and tender. This is not a place where you get a warm welcome and friendly smiling employees. More of a get the job done since the food speaks for its self. I left very satisfied.

I miss the whole catfish. It was real catfish too! Well today, the rib tips were on point like they always are! Good food, Good People, Let's keep Supporting Ray's!!!

Little disappointed. Cole slaw bland, beans good, sent brisket back, very dry, replacement Was better but lacked the smokey undertones. Counter staff friendly, good atmosphere.

Absolutely delicious food and service were both spectacular. Restaurant was very clean if I ever find myself in Houston again I will definitely go back

The place is amazing....however the seats are not comfortable...at all...I understand they were looking for sturdy... but it's hard to dine in and enjoy my ribs
