Potbelly Sandwich Works - Houston

I visited this restaurant for the first time and I was impressed. The staff was excellent and the food was delicious. I ordered the chicken club sandwich on wheat bread, while my husband tried the pizza sandwich with hot peppers and onions. We enjoyed our meals while sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather. I highly recommend this place if you are in uptown.

I recently visited a very tidy restaurant with a family-friendly atmosphere. The service was good and my food was prepared quickly, especially considering I ordered a salad at a sandwich shop. It wasn't too busy when I went around 3pm, so I will definitely be returning during my time in the area.

My son raved about the beef and blue sandwich, so we decided to share a large one. He was right, the beef was delicious and plentiful, and half of the large sandwich was more than enough to satisfy us both. I also appreciated the book lending library at the sandwich shop, as it added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for their tasty sandwiches.

Kick @ss staff and the food is great. The best sandwich shops in the area. Love the tuna salad and the Wreck. I would also suggest for anyone that goes there try the Mac, Chili or Broccoli Cheddar. Don't forget the Dream Bar! Keep up the good work guys!

Placed an online order this morning. When I got there the manager (or someone acting as the manager) immediately notified me their truck was running behind and they did not have the ingredients to fulfill my order until a little later. They then explained what my options were, got me set up, and I was on my way. Of course, the ideal situation would be to have fulfilled the original order, BUT this manager and crew showed they can roll with the punches and create/keep returning customers. I appreciate their quick attention and quick resolution.
