Outback Steakhouse Houston Highway 6

I had a great experience today. Food came hot, service was spectacular! my server name was Aaliyah and she was extremely sweet. I will definitely be back!

We're in Texas, and we're in a steak house, what could go wrong? In this case a lot.... When we came in, there was a loud drunk woman who was in the bar. The other people in the bar seemed to find them entertaining, and the more they laughed about their comments, the louder they got. My husband, I asked the hostess to sit at a quiet table she did. It was relatively quiet, but it wasn't clean, and I stroked the remains of the last party's meal from the table and the bench. The restaurant was quite full, and it seemed to be only 2 servers. Our server came by, imagined pleasantly and said she would bring us bread just before it never came. We were not supplied with water and had to ask for it. A busboy came out, held 3 glasses of water, saw us the 2 of us with a confused expression, and gave us all 3 of the waters. My dinner was fine, but my husband's bone in Ribeye was a disaster that all the grin and fat. We called our server, explained the problem, and my husband ordered something else instead of the steak. How is it that a steak house in Texas cannot operate a decent rib?? With all that has said, the servers were unequivocally pleasant, and apologetic when it was required; my impression is that they had an inconsistent workload and could just keep 't, so that I'm 't guilty of it. But that was an extreme disappointment.

Great service around this evening at Outback. Our server novel has done a great job to get details of our order as we requested. No cheese on my burger, and a little pink yet in beef for the burger of my husband. Roman was gracious and pleasant and made our evening pleasant. Service with a smile.
