Stay from Willowbrook... I paid $3.49 for black beans... there were 10 and I kid you NOT! 10 beans in the cup half filled with zero flavor... I mean I could've got a can of Progresso Black Beans and been more satisfied.... Prices up and quality down... I won't even get started on my fire roasted corn.... nah I'm good on them!

I’ve given this location multiple attempts to get it right but every time i visit there are always issues. Extremely unprofessional worker, and ever since the first issue when i visit this worker is completely unprofessional, rolling eyes, exhaling loudly just displaying attitude towards me every time i visit because of one problem I’ve had in the past. I will never return here again because of this. My last visit not only did i have to deal with blatant attitude from this worker, but appetizers were food was cold when i received them and the soup tasted as if it was the last of the scorched soup from the bottom of the pot. Queso was cold, which caused me to leave after only ordering appetizers. Not sure if these continuing issues are retaliation for giving a survey from the initial visit i had an issue, but giving this workers grudge from months ago that’s what I’m forced to believe as this person is always there every time i visit. Every visit since the first issue has been poor. Will never spend my money again at this location again, and some serious changes need to be made.

Poor service by staff and manager. I ordered food we purchased before and this location charged more than what the cost should be. I arrived to pick up the food I ordered and the manager attempted to serve another man who arrived after me. I walked out after the manager began to have an attitude and refused to recongize they were over charging on a meal I purchased the day before and other days prior.

Terrible experience!!!! Our waiter couldn't get our order correct after being explained numerous times. When we finally received our food my wife's chicken quesadilla was very dry with no cheese. My sons bacon burger was only suppose to have cheese andbacon but came out with all the toppings. My bacon burger had extra toppings that I was willing to take off but the meat itselfwas burnt. We sent all the food back and still was charged for appetizers that we didn't even eat. Spoke to the manager and shenever apologized for the poor service or the terrible food that was wrong. Will never visit this location again and which isvery close to my home. Will drive out the way for better service.

Service was okay. We came in at 10:45pm but they were out of tea and silverware so I had to eat my steak with a plastic spoon. I also couldn't eat my corn on the cob because there were no knives to cut the kernels off since I can't eat it off the cob due toa false tooth. I understand it was late and a little more than an hour before closing, but you should be able to get basicthings like silverware. The food was good, though. I'll come back again.
