Contribuiți la feedbackFood was great... but services were absolutely terrible. I ordered Togo, no one came to the side after 15 minutes. Once in the restaurant the host went on her phone, not to customers. After about 5 minutes waiting time someone came to ask from the back, I only helped to find out my order sat in the Togo area.
The Chicken Bryan is usually my way to and always on point. My assessment is for the service I have received. Online ordered to make it there if my food should be ready, just to say that they don't have the page I ordered. Absolut NO ONE called me when my food was ordered more than 25 minutes before arrival. I was waiting for a side dish to be fresh when the entree and appetizer I ordered was cold-lukewarm temp. Then they gave me 4 bags of bread without butter or olive oil. I really don't know why they have 4 bags of bread when I order enough food for 1.
We come here once or twice a year, every time we get into this area, since we found it about 2 years ago. Always fantastic food and service. Our favorite dish is the fetters with shaved black truffles. A very simple olive oil sauce lets the pasta speak. And they are not cheap on the pasta you have a fantastic wine card.
At the first attempt Carrabba? Every employee we met had a smile. Our waitress Tiffany was excellent, attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. Had the Carrabba Fatuccine. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the sauce was creamy. Also the Caesar Salad, who was one of the best I had in a while. Will definitely be back.
Carrabba's is a great Italian restaurant for a fancier experience. Although not truly authentic, Carrabba's offers delectable Italian selections at a reasonable price. If you're looking for a fancier restaurant than Olive Garden, but not necessarily gourmet, Carrabba's is the way to go. While all their pastas are practically guaranteed delicious, some star items include the tomato caprese, the stuffed mushrooms, and even their table sourdough bread with olive oil herb dip. The tiramisu is easily the best dessert at Carrabba's; it was arguably one of the best tiramisus I've had in America.
