Black Bear Diner Cypress - Houston

I love this diner! Every time we come in the food is great and the people are so sweet. Today we were served by Ebony (who was doing absolutely everything and killing it). The coffee was fantastic and the food was even better!

Amazing food, very affordable, massive burgers, but the big star of the show was the peppermint mocha coffee. Our server Ebony, made this drink for me and it was one of the best things I have ever had. I will be back 5 days a week for more of these for sure!

This was our first time experience at Black Bear Diner and Ebony our waiter was so amazing! From greeting us when we walked in and complimented our Texans attire while she was wearing such a cute Saints attire! She was very prompt and gave us the best service and knew the menu off the back of her hand! As we ate she was greeting everyone, helping decorate and training another employee on helping serving us! She was great and we will definitely be back for sure now!

Ebony made the best coffee I’ve had at a restaurant in YEARS!! The customer service was a breath of fresh air. Outside of making the coffee experience for me and my family AMAZING she put hope back into our eyes with customer service expectations. She EXCEEDED them. Please ask for Ebony, she makes the best coffee!! I had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor and it was so good. My daughter had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch hot chocolate and loved it, she said “it was the best in the world!” Y’all request Ebony’s section you will not be disappointed!!Ebony’s customer service was spectacular, we can not wait to come back!Miss Ebony if you read this you were such a wonderful waitress this morning I truly appreciate your hard work and excellent customer service!
