Zam Zam - HOUNSLOW

I had to come back because they had run out of most dishes, but it was definitely worth it. The service was good and the food was great. A friend recommended that I try it, and I'm certainly glad I did.

I recently visited the restaurant and found that the price of their chicken biryani has been updated to £4 or £4.50. However, I was disappointed with the customer service as it was not as friendly and welcoming as it used to be when they were in their old location next door. It seems like the management may have changed or they are not as invested in the business anymore. I used to frequent this restaurant 2 or 3 times a month, but now I only go if I have no other choice or if I happen to be passing by because there are other options in the area that offer better quality food at a lower price.

You get what you pay for and at £4.00 for a filling tasty lunch you can’t go wrong ! Never had any problems been going there years. Lots of moaners on here putting down a hard working small business. Well done Zam Zam with the price of energy going crazy put your prices up I will still support you !

That’s not the first time with my friends that we find their staff very rude, I Found dirt inside my takeaway Biriani and tried to call them they completely ignored me and were rude when I spoke to a lady in the shop she was extremely rude and refused to at least apology
