Starbucks - Hot Springs

My husband and I stopped in this location this morning. It’s welcoming from the moment you walk in. We were greeted happily and I immediately noticed how clean this location is. There were 5 people working behind the counter and all of them busy but they all were smiling and respectful while working! I was impressed that they treated each other with respect as well as their customers! What a breath of fresh air! We ordered white mochas and they were very good. Keep doing what you are doing! You should be a model in the Starbucks community! We had no trouble finding parking but I can see how that might be hard at peak times of day.

This location should be the model for all Starbucks franchise. The employees are happy and they are extremely efficient. I love coming here to get my pikes peak with special additions and my bag of whole bean espresso roast that I grind at home. Everytime I come here Rachael is all here and working above and beyond and she is awesome. I would steal her for my own business whatever it involves. This is the Starbucks that makes you want to come back often. A Parking: Plenty of parking spaces but they are usually all taken during peak coffee times. That shows you how good they are.

Upon walking in I was greeted by multiple employees. Service was quick. I sat around to do some work and they greeted everyone who came in and the morning staff was very cheery. If i lived in town this would be my go to store. Doesn’t hurt to give service with a smile and I was a witness to it. You guys rock Starbucks in Hot Springs.
