La Quinta Inn Suites By Wyndham Hot Springs

I’ve stayed here for right at a month. I can’t even begin to explain how happy I am with the experience. This place is wonderful and the staff is even better. I definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. #110

The front Dess person told us that they were under construction but from my understanding they’ve been under construction for sometime now employees it looked as if they were on crystal meth or crack or something. I don’t think I’ll ever return to this place again. He said that we would get a refund for the time that we spent, but it was a terrible experience.

Absolutely horrible hotel!!! After a long drive we arrived to a filthy bed! The sheets had food crumbs and what looked like sauce spilled on the sheets and pillows. Some of the pillows had hair and dirt on them and the worst part is when we pulled the sheets back there was dirt in the bed!! The room smells old like mold and almost smells like pee. The bathroom appliances are rusty and old and parts of the shower are broken. The t.v. Is broken in our room as well so we have no source of entertainment either. The bed feels as if they haven't switched mattresses since the hotel was built and the appliances are ripped and scratched along with food on the curtains. I have never ever stayed in such a rat hole of a hotel.

Room was clean, Toilet looked brand new. They leather chair was old cracked. The location is close to interstate. The breakfast wasn 't what I expected. Scrambled egg cheese Taco was overcooked, French toast sticks were soggy. The sausage patties were good. They offered cereal, oatmeal, waffles, variety of juice, yogurt, bagels bread to toast.

Good location but the room seemed pretty worn and was musty due to humidity. Furniture was worn and the shades had holes.... I guess you can't expect much for $90 a night but next time I will splurge and spend a bit more.
