El Jimador - Hot Springs Village

I give this place 5 STARS! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food was incredibly delicious. The chips and salsa were also outstanding, and the drinks were amazing as well. I would definitely come back!

Very nice Mexican restaurant. Casual atmosphere. You'll get all the chips and salsa you can eat. The meal was wonderful and authentic. Chimichanga chicken came on with a cheese sauce. The cheese sauce is very delicious. I kind of remembered an Alfredo sauce. Great service. Update. Had the Steak Fajitas tonight. The best I had! It was so good. They were really busy tonight, but their service was still excellent. Thanks, El Jimador for another great meal.

Our tacos were delicious, had chickens and beef with crispy bowls. We ate here about six times. Not so good a few years back, but now very tasty. The chicken tortilla soup is wonderful!!!! I hope they keep this cook. The place is not very clean. We get our food, so we don't eat inside. Eating businesses should never have carpet. Can't sanitate carpet. New tile floors would help much!!!

I discovered this restaurant on Yelp, and it turned out to be a great find near Los Lagos, where I was staying. There are plenty of parking spaces available right in front of the restaurant. The dining area is spacious, and they also have a lovely terrace. Since it was a long weekend, the restaurant was quite busy, which resulted in a longer wait for our food than we anticipated. Overall, it’s definitely worth visiting if you're in the Hot Springs Village area.

This is a great place to go and get Mexican food. It is hot, it is good and it was served quickly. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the prices were extremely reasonable.
