Golden Dragon - Horsham

The customer service at this restaurant was outstanding and I would highly recommend it to anyone who visits.

This is the only Chinese takeout restaurant I know that accepts credit and debit cards. Most Chinese takeout places only take cash.

I ordered delivery through Deliveroo and it was the best Chinese food we have had! I requested a slight change to the set menu, which they accommodated, and the BBQ spare ribs were outstanding! Thank you Dragon Golden, you have made us very happy.

Always a pleasant experience to visit the golden dragon take away. the food is cooked quickly, is hot and tastes good. the price-performance ratio is directly with other Chinese take away, so not cheap, even not expensive. free cracker for a medium size order too.

We have already ordered a few times vegan crispy chili beef and vegan sweet and sour pork balls and we have been quite happy with them to this day. we had clearly indicated for the vegan options and it was not until I had a bite in. to discover one of the black balls, it was actually pork. we called and they acted stupid, but they said they would make us the vegan dishes so that my partner went to get it. we have never had a problem with communication, but as my partner tried to ask for a refund and to explain to them that I am not only vegan, I also have a rather heavy milk allergy; they did not seem to understand how bad this could have been for someone with even worse allergy than mine. as I mentioned, we never had a communication problem with this restaurant, but apparently no one really understood what my partner tried to explain to them. So in any case they don't order food from this take away when they have allergies, as they are clearly not taken seriously.
