There are precious few lunch spots like this left. It’s a solid, reliable place to get a good sandwich or whatever they have on special. I’ve been getting the #12 on wheat for years and it never disappoints. Until a few months ago the price hadn’t changed in maybe 8 years. It just jumped 50 cents. Still a great deal. You don’t have to take my word for it though, just look for the crowds of people lining up every day. Everyone from office types to construction workers to BMW mechanics. Only thing, plan to eat elsewhere. It's not really friendly to eat in. Not many seats, the drinks fridges are LOUD, and it gets crowded with people waiting for their take-out.
Located in Imperial Plaza. Great sandwiches and daily specials. Reasonable price. Take out recommended.
Determined to update my review. I have been eating regularly at the plaza clubhouse for over a year, I have tried a few different items, but I usually stay at my usual sandwich. I enjoy eating the ladies work nicely and it is always good to support small local businesses. when they work in the opposite, they try.
