Noods Ramen - Honolulu

It’s very easy to order from the vegan menu here. They also offer a non-vegan menu, making it a great spot for those dining with omnivores. I tried the ramen, and the broth was so delicious that we ended up coming back twice in one week. The tonkotsu broth is rich and flavorful, while the yuku broth is fresh and exactly what you’d expect. The toppings are fresh and tasty. I personally prefer sun noodles, but the regular noodles are still quite good. My omnivorous companion said the chicken karaage was delicious. Just a heads up: be sure to arrive early, as they stop serving by 7 PM.

We ordered delivery, so it's tough to fully assess the ramen, but it was quite tasty! I appreciated that they offer vegan bao, although the flavor was so unusual that I couldn't finish it. Overall, I would say that this place is a solid choice and will definitely satisfy your cravings.

I really appreciate the variety of vegan options available, from ramen to side dishes. The restaurant has several tables inside, and the service was outstanding—super fast and friendly. We tried the vegan shio ramen and the vegan tonkotsu ramen, along with the vegan kimchi potstickers and the vegan hiyayako. I was concerned that the kimchi potstickers might be too strong in flavor, but they turned out to be quite subtle instead. We’ll definitely come back before we leave the island!

Love that there is a separate vegan menu with lots of vegan options. the schoyu wheels were delicious. we also have shijitake bao and kimchi potsticker, also delicious.

Love the corn tempura and they have a dedicated vegan menu section thats actually really good! The black garlic and the creamy shoyu ramen hits different. Those are my two favorites. Great price for sizeable portions, and I am YET to ever finish one bowl of ramen in one sitting. The service is also freakishly fast! I swear it's like they HAD to have read my mind when I walked through the door and just started preparing my meal because the speed at which they produce such fresh tasting and PIPING hot, delicious food is beyond comprehension! Parking can be a mission and lately it's gotten more popular and busy, but my timing has always seemed to work out where I didn't have to wait! Definitely worth checking out!
