Amazing ice cream, small shop, but although it is very busy super friendly and dedicated lady behind the counter.

Baskin-Robbins is located at Sheraton Waikiki Resort Hotel. Baskin-Robbins has a variety of ice cream flavor, cones and sunflowers. They just don't give a taste for COVID-19, but our ice cream sun was wonderful! Service was great, Inc cream wonderful, prices were reasonable! Make yourself a favor and give them a try. Only one person works here so it can. Take up to 10 minutes of ice cream. Otherwise it's cool. They have many flavors and shaved ice directly on the beach

I must say that although there is a line out the door, the service was amazing and our server Izzy was a rock star. She was very bubbly, conversation and friendly. Our children loved them! The ice cream was great and the banana column my husband ordered looked perfect. My family and I will definitely make sure we stop on the island next time.

We were looking for ice cream on a hot, sunny afternoon in Waikiki Beach when we came upon this Baskin Robbins shop. We enjoyed our first visit to this particular Baskin Robbins so much that we came back another day for another hot fudge sundae. This time we got the three scoop ice cream sundae two scoops of macadamia nut ice cream plus one scoop of nutty coconut ice cream, hot fudge (yum! , whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry. Lorna made us a work of art that was absolutely delicious. (Thanks, Lorna! It was our very first three scoop sundae, and now we are big fans of this delectable dessert. Great ice cream, great location, great service what more can a person ask for while vacationing in Waikiki?!
