Contribuiți la feedbackIt was an extraordinary culinary experience that started with the succinct, energetic bonjour of each member of the team. the atmosphere was modern, intimidating and warm. the time slows down, as the slim white candle burned without any pre-conservation. we sat at the counter, and it was a great joy to watch the kitchen. then eat the star of tonight. (they could skip the following section to allow themselves to the nerves of the encounter with the unknown) I fell in love almost too easily in the chef, even before the brot was served. the senf brûlée, who had a tinge of wasabi, woke up my taste buds, and I immediately knew that the rest of the show would be innovatiw, courageous and promising. the avocado sushi was completely merciless, especially when it gave you its secret, the elfenbein tofu, which tasted from the sea. then I was completely captivating again, the sweet heirsen absorbed the gist of the fire, her smoked bitterness was perfect companion to the subtle sweet of the shrimp sosimi, which had its own ultra-springy and solid texture. the Parmesan-Ostard, who covered and hidden the caviar faithfully, was another hit of the genius. Finally, the large piece of lamb bone, which was not placed long before our arrival on the grill, was cut into thin, elegant pieces, quietly filled in chic when we swinged the too ninth knife. the cook slept the spoon with his hand to make the slender. but really, he's been boiled over a showdown, one that reminded you. it was the arugula panna cotta. unforeseen, and who will come after that? ah, that was the rare time in living if I want to be successful. . . ig: @phootopia19
Really nice restaurant with good food and a nice vibe. Had the five course menu which was tasty lots of variety in terms of flavours and a refreshing approach. Service was decent too. Really interesting wine list with off-the-beaten track selections. Not bad versus the other Michelin star restaurants I've tried before, definitely more LA' in terms of overall impression. Worth a visit at least once.
Nothing special. Ambience is pretty nice, while food is below average.
Everyone screamed at me in French when I walked in. I do not like being screamed at in French. Fortunately, as you can tell from the photos, they had Aesop soap in the bathroom to rectify the situation. Of the 6 dishes on the tasting menu, only one was memorable (see photo of caramelized eel, white chocolate potato mousseline), which is a shame when they charge as much as they do.
Most dishes have strong and salty taste. It’s neither traditional French food nor decent Michelin food I expected. Stars are for the good service. Food doesn’t worth the money.
