Their chef-inspired recipes make it easy to try something new every visit, today we stopped in to try the Spicy Baja with Guac Burger Freshly sliced jalapeños, guacamole, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion chipotle mayo on a....wait for it...SPICY CHIPOTLE BUN!! This one definitely had a kick to it but that's how we like it. A trip to Smashburger is not complete with Smashfries, tossed in rosemary (my favorite!! , garlic and olive oil. My son had no problem stealing ours once he finished his share. #noshame Join the Smashclub to taste all the benefits and if you don't feel like leaving the house...Postmates delivers!
2 1/2 stars Five stars for the fries which were freshly made, thin, crispy, and perfectly salted. But I'm not sure I could go back to Smashburger just for the fries. I was very disappointed with the burger, which I ordered wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. The burger is small, not without taste. The burger, however, was slathered in oil. The oil drenched the lettuce, which really turned me off. Perhaps when the burger is on a bun, the bun absorbs the oil and it's not as obvious. The store itself was clean and the server was helpful. The food came out quickly. Still, sad the burger was a dud. Perhaps if I really want the fries I'll try the chicken?
This location has gone down hill big time, such terrible service. I ordered a double burger and the blonde haired young man working there who put my order in put it through as a single burger. I asked them to fix the mistake after receiving my single burger and he refused to do anything. Further, this same employer was making loud chopping noises in their freezer for 20 minutes that riddled throughout the whole restaurant without a care to customers trying to eat their meal in peace. He couldn't do that after hours? How rude. We will not be returning to do any business with this location.
I gave this place a 4 because when I first walked in the girl I talked to was so enthusiastic and it's rare to see that nowadays. She explained the menu perfectly. I went with the classic smash. With any sandwich you are able to choose a patty whether it be (beef, chicken, turkey, or black bean. I just got beef cuz I'm basic. The beef was great. Super juicy and satisfying. On top of the classic burger I got a fried egg, I didn't like it too much. Felt like it was fried too hard and became a dried egg... They should really ask how you like your eggs because not only are yolky eggs better, but they look better in pictures! On top of that, it was pricey 1.29 upcharge for an egg! If I wasn't eating here and got it to go, I'd just make my own egg at home. Another thing is, I did not like the fries too much. And I should have known. The picture of the fries were so pretty but it fooled me. I got the smash fries which were topped off with rosemary, olive oil, and garlic. I didn't like them cuz I felt like they were hard to eat cuz all the oil. Anyways, this place is inexpensive compared to most burger places. Most burger places the burger is already 8 bucks average or more but the classic smash was only 6 . You can also make your own burger if you don't like any of their options
Been coming here for awhile and they usually a go to place whenever I'm in the area. Since I don't really eat beef burgers I usually go for a grill chicken or black bean or Turkey burger when I come here. And it's interesting to see how well burger places do when they're making something besides beef burgers. But it's really good. Now I have to point this out but sometimes depending on the cook back their; the burgers can be greasy, and i don't mean the usual grease from cooking a burger I mean really really greasy. I went with the sweet potato Smash fries that come with rosemary, and olive oil. Probably one of my favorite sweet potatoes out there now. The customer service though is always on point, real friendly and attentive. The place itself is clean all the time.
