Dunkin' - Hollis

I ordered a drink by ubereats and there was a mistake in the drink. I ordered a matcha latte, but instead they gave me a macchiato. I called and one of her workers remained rude that he did the order right. he didn't and they didn't even think to check the order before they finished it. at the end, they said the next time they'd give me a free drink, but I don't think they'll live with it.

It's just okay. They never seem to get my coffee quite right, but it's satisfactory overall.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.

This is the second time I received a burnt bagel. How is it acceptable to serve something like this? The worst part is that it was through the drive-thru, so I couldn't go back. I've now missed out on breakfast twice because of this.
