We waited 3 hours for the pizza, the waiting time was between 20 and 40 minutes...

The store is very clean, the employees are very nice and the pizzas taste very good. Wednesday is pizza day (each large pizza costs 7.90 when picked up)

The stated delivery time was 90 minutes. After 2 hours we called AL'ORA and they said the pizza would be there in 30 minutes. After a total of 3 1/4 hours of waiting, the pizza and salad finally arrived. The taste of the food wasn't great and as expected the pizza was cold. Unfortunately, when we opened it we realized that we had gotten the wrong salad. During the long wait we lost our appetite for the cold pizza and the wrong salad.

Ordered at 5 p.m. for 6:15 p.m., and now at 8:15 p.m. still no one there, on the phone it said 20-30 minutes an hour ago... Last time! Ordered on time several times or the order has never arrived as ordered!
