Ol Sarge Smoke On Wheels - Hinesville

I tried to try this place last Friday but they were packed so I tried again yesterday on a Wednesday I don’t know if I came on a bad day or what but my potatoe salad was very sweet and watery it was running into my beans . The beans were delicious When it came to the ribs it was very pink in big spots I’ve never saw ribs like that so I tried eating around parts that I felt was undone it was okay but my meal presentation was not good on top of my food being runny and meat undercooked it may have been a bad day but I’m not sure I won’t be returning .

First time visiting this establishment and there was outstandingly great service and concern for the customers. The actual owner expressed great care that everything was proper and correct. Cleanliness and customer satisfaction seems to be his ultimate concern. I'd expect and suggest anyone in the area to visit here. Keep up the good work!

Customer service is Excellent!! I had Sarge bbq about a week ago and was nothing less than impressed! I tried the Mac and cheese, pulled pork sandwich, ribs and the baked beans. Tore it all up! Rib meat was falling off the bone, pulled pork was so juicy and the flavor was amazing. Mac and cheese incredible nothing but great things to say about his food and service, he will take care of ya!
