Food was great. Had the wings cause they were out of everything else.

The place was clean. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. Made me feel welcome. I appreciate the senior discount. Lanes were in good condition. I would recommend it.

Simple Thursday night, cashier was very nasty and dismissive. I asked simple questions with little response. After the end of my two games purchased I wanted to add more and they declined. It was about 6 minutes after said cutoff time 10:45? A last call or simple courtesy would have been nice. Or at least have it posted.

I had a small gathering for a birthday celebration and it was amazing. It he management staff was very helpful! My family and I enjoyed this great experience!

We’ve been coming to Hillside for years. We are friendly with some of the long term staff like Helen, Eric and John. We have tried to restart coming post Covid and have been really disappointed with the online system screwing up reservations and then being told they can’t be fixed. Adding a lane when there are only 5 total in use. Staff needs to be able to care for a customer.
