This was our first visit to Amelia; decided to try it before a concert in The Walters. We sat immediately, and there was a loud, big party right under the middle of the restaurant and very close neighborhoods to us, so most of our time there to talk and hear! But the service and food were beyond accusations! We have a bit there before Happy Hour ended, so got a street taco appetizer to share – yes! We chose a pastor who was succultivated and was perfectly spiced. We ordered three different plates and shared at the table. Everything was delicious! We definitely plan to go back to taste breakfast, and also to expect lunch and dinner:
A surprise. From the outside it looked like it was a run-of-the-mill bare-bones café. But inside, with friendly service and pleasant background music, the place came alive. Good money and adventure in taste. Heartily recommend.
The food is excellent with a bit of a spin on “traditional “ mexican. Service fast, friendly staff margarita excellent. We asked if the music had turned off from the staff. I'll go. However, reservations are not required.
The food at Amelias is always consistent and delicious! Vegan choices makes this a go to with family needs. We will be back!
