Just got home with my Italian ice with custard on top and the custard was gritty and curdled it’s so nasty I’m upset I didn’t try it before I left I would’ve wanted a refund.

Terrible service. Nasty attitudes. Not even 3 mins after made. Sarah is disgustingly rude. They dont seem to get any training at this location and there also doesn't seem to be any accountability in the behalf of Ritas Italian Ice. I love did I say LOVE Ritas, but I'll be taking my business to another Ritas location

I arrived slightly before closing time. I waited at the window for 2 minutes roughly. By this time it was 8:59 according to my phone after waiting. The girl working seen me and pulled their blinds down as if they didn't see me standing there waiting to order. Won't ever go back. I don't give my business to places who's employees ignore customers.
