Pizza Hut - High Point

The people working tonight were shockingly rude to my son who went in to collect the pizza I ordered. Ordered online and paid online. The order confirmation said it would be ready around 6:25 pm. We didn't leave with food until 7:03 pm. When we got it home, it was ice cold and it was not the pizzas I ordered.

They have always been friendly and they make you feel at home

Worst experience I have ever received. Poor customer service at the store food was not kept warm. The environment did not look sanitize. Had to keep saying hello more than twice just get service. On top of that my pizza had items on it that did not ask for. The most sad part of the experience was the pizza made my stomach sour as if it was old which in turn gave me the runs(never did that). I will never ever eat there again and I will never ever refer them to anyone else...I can not eat at Pizza Hut for a while. Just thinking about it makes me want to ?. Never ever again

Went in to restaurant to order a personal pan pizza.....why is the wait 30 min???!!!! You guys already have the dough ready...you add the toppings and stick it in the oven......its going to take 30 min.....during lunch time.....smh ridiculous. Oh and I tried to call and noone answered the phone! Totally Epic fail for customer service...General manager....you around pay a visit to your restaurant if you want to still service folk in the community.

Ordered one large pizza and requested no-contact delivery. Driver was both maskless and wouldn't leave the door until answered, forcing dangerous face-to-face contact during a pandemic. The pizza itself was completely mangled as if it had been stored on its side for an extended period of time. First and last time ever ordering from here.
