Pollo Tropical Express - Hialeah

So far, the chicken taste hasn't like the other pollo tropical that sucks this at point rice and beans ..? how do I open a survey expression on my side of the city????

I would first like to say that this Pollo Tropical on West 4th Ave in Hialeah has to close down. I am so excited about how rude their employees and managers are. There is a red hair thin girl who takes the ride through the orders she is very impatient. This red head name is Abigal and it has the most disgusting attitude ever. Abigal and her business manager Mirla are like two heirs in a pot. I complained to the manager Mirla about her employees Abigal's evil attitude and she just stared at me as if I had harassed her with stupidity. These two are in the wrong line. You have no skills and no customer service. I pay a lot of money for my meal and I think as a customer, if something is given wrong to me, I will have it corrected. I just gave them a terrible service.

15 minutes after the order. Place was empty (only one customer before me in the queue) And despite the long waiting period, I lacked 2 items from my order. I could understand if the restaurant was smashed with customers... but there were only 2 customers (including me), so there is really no excuse for the long waiting period and order mixing.

I will visit NIE this pollo tropical again. For beginners Abigail with the red hair that took my order had an extremely disgusting posture in the car. She comes to the loud speaker and just says?yeah? . . Wow! Great customer service right. I didn't say anything, then she goes? I proceed to place my order and if I receive it, the order is WRONG!!! The guy in the window was nice and ready to change it, but I was so angry and I asked for the manager. Merela was her name and her attitude wasn't better. She didn't worry or worry that she seemed to be harassing her. I asked for a refund and went on my way, but Merela and Abigail really need serious customer service training or they will be unhappy forever.

Went through the drive through ordered two chopi chop bowls. With avocado and sweet plantains . With some cilantro sauce on the side. No avocado,no plantains,no sauce but spicy tomato sauce,and barbecue. The rice was super dry, black beans were hard. Onions not cooked and the chicken was super dry. I don't like the sauce option so I ended up going home and put butter a little seasoning salt water and use some chicken strips I had in the freezer dropped those in the air fryer why I recooked the the contents of the choppychop bowl. I ordered two and for almost $20 dollars you would think that you at least get decent food.
