Pollo Tropical - Hialeah

I was not sure what to expect from another fast food restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised when I received my food at Pollo Tropical. The food was pretty good especially for fast food and you get a good amount of food for the price. It was pretty busy but the order taker was very efficient in keeping the line moving. Worth a return visit!

A welcome change from normal fast food. You can never go wrong with chicken from a grill.

If you are in the mood for a quick Cuban dinner for yourself or a family, this place is delicious, authentic and consistent. It has a variety of options to choose from and all are delicious. Don't even think about going to dinner there. I usually don't give a low rating unless it deserves it. If I had to give zero stars, I would give it. Maybe it's different, but picking up is a big no. A government agency is better.
