Costa Coffee - Hertsmere

The restaurant seemed completely disorganized, and it didn't seem like anyone knew what they were doing. I think I'll stick to Costa over Dieucks, so I may give it another try.

A very nice costa, we sat outside to breakfast. coffee and tee and eating was very nice. personal also very pleasant,

I arrived at the restaurant and noticed that it was only half full, with more used coffee saucers than customers. The two employees were chatting behind the counter, seemingly ignoring their cleaning duties. I took it upon myself to transfer my dirty dishes to the nearby table that was already dirty. The coffee was decent, but overall I was not impressed with the experience.

Good furnishings and good coffee . the hotel is located in the shopping park and worth a visit. also good for a snack and not expensive.
