Every single time they mess up my order without fail. I ordered off the menu nothing complicated either.

AWFUL SERVICE Ran through the drive through just for a bag of ice and when the guy handed it to me he had the top of the bag open. The WHOLE bag spilled into my lap and the floor of my car. I try not to make a big scene and ask if I could get another bag. He refused to give me another bag unless I paid for a second one even though the first bag had spilled out all over me and my seat because HE handed me an OPEN bag of ice. He easily could have held it from the top or tied it or said something and when it all spilled out atleast offer to replace or discount another bag.

I really like this location and normally just get the drinks, but I thought I would try the soft pretzel, but when I got it, half of it was over salted and it was hard like it had been sitting out.

I will never order another Fizz drink until they fix the issues with the cups. The cups are cheap and often ate not put on tightly. You will ay some point spill soda everywhere. Please fix your cups and lids so that I can enjoy your great flavors again.

Went to the store today and sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with no response. Then tried the front door and it was locked with no signs saying why it was closed. This was at 10:30 am when the store was supposed to have opened at 7:30 am. The workers began to pull in the parking lot and saw us trying to see if it was open but did nothing. We asked what was going on and all they said was we’re closed.Very poor commincayion and service.
