Contribuiți la feedbackWill not be going back. Got order wrong. They asked for entire bag back. Then brought missing item. Then tried giving me someone else?s order. Finally brought me missing item except original bag was MIA. Everyone half asleep. Won?t be going back.
The staff was very nice, but the coffee was the worst I?ve tasted in years! I used to service Dunkin Donuts equipment awhile back and have always been high on their coffee- not this time.
This was the first time we ever went to Dunkin donuts. The guy that helped us was great and offered great suggestions. I wish I knew his name. My kids loved the doughnuts very much. Needless to say this is our favorite place to get doughnuts.
This was hands down the worst drive thru experience of my life. The young woman that took my order was apparently unable to understand what I was saying, despite me speaking clearly into the microphone with my window rolled down and repeating myselfmore than once. When I got my first sandwich ordered I told her I needed some time to decide on the other item (10 seconds wouldhave done it but she had already typed in my first item so the menu had disappeared. I asked her to remove the item so I couldfinish looking at the menu and she wouldn 't do it, even when I asked again. Instead, she (mockingly? offered to read the entirebreakfast menu to me, which she proceeded to do over the course of two minutes as I sat in awe of what was happening. When shefinished listing items, which was basically reading aloud as fast as she could with no spaces between words, we ordered oursecond sandwich (different from the first and made our way to the pick up window. We arrived, were given our total, and offeredour card, which was charged for two sandwiches. Another young woman came from the kitchen and handed us our food. After all thatthey had gotten our order wrong (they made two of the same sandwiches . The receipt reflected the mistake. The young womanlooked at us unsympathetically and said, that 's what was made and that 's what we charged you for. This was the final strawin what had up until that point been a series of the most unprofessional and unacceptable events I had ever experienced in adrive thru. I briefly exchanged words with the young woman, the managing person in the store at the time, telling her about thenegative experience and only after being completely unhelpful and even combatant she offered to make the correct sandwich. Ideclined and drove away more frustrated and thinking to myself I will never go back there. If I were Dunkin ' management I wouldwant to know about this. So, this is my review. They were super friendly, nice and patient. For them to be a brand new place here in nogales they are doing really well. I think people don?t understand what it is to work in a fast paced environment especially when everyone is new. Everyone else needs tobe more patient with the workers. To the Dunkin? Donuts team you guys are doing great!
