Wood Oak Cafe - Herndon

Abolutley awesome place to eat. I eat there multiple times a week it so good.

Wood Oak Cafe serves delicious food at modest prices with a smile! Their takeout lunch menu features a great selection of healthy salads and flavorful sandwiches. I highly recommend either the Spinach Walnut Apple Salad or the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. If you're extra hungry buy one of their bowls like Teriyaki Chicken, Italian Meatball, or Chicken Burrito (pictured below); they cost less than $10 with tax and you may have enough left over for dinner! If you don't see what you want ask if they can make it the staff members are always nice and try to accommodate special requests (my favorite is their mouth watering Jalapeno Chicken). They also have cold drinks and serve breakfast, and once restrictions are lifted they will hopefully resume their fantastic prepared food bar and dine in seating. Order in person or ahead by email, text, or phone. They are tucked into a corner of the first floor of an office building off Sunrise Valley Drive there's no external signage, but there are some short term parking spaces near the entrance. You will be glad you did!

Definitely one of the best places for lunch in Herndon area. We ordered the burrito bowl and the teriyaki bowl and they were cooked perfectly! The ladies at the cafe also gave us a small salad, which was really nice of them. Prices are great and ordering was easy. Pick up was good and spaced out.

It's very okay. Jimmy's is convenient because it's in the office building but you can go a couple blocks down the street and get more food of better quality for less money. Breakfast items are small and will definitely leave you wanting. Lunch buffet is okay but way over priced. Sandwiches aren't bad.
