Sold me a 3 piece that was over cooked and over priced for the size of the meal. Won't be going back here..

We ordered a 12 piece bucket with Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes and a classic chicken sandwich. Lady at speaker was very rude and started arguing with my husband stating we only get 1 side. He said for a 12 piece bucket? She said oh. Paid at window, no receipt and was told to pull forward to get our food. Got home and no sandwich and since we weren’t given a receipt I’m bumming. $45 for mediocre chicken, cold sides, no sandwich, and stale biscuits. Should have read reviews. Won’t be going back to this location. They are located in Walmarts parking lot should be a gold mine but we were the only one there on a Saturday night. Would have been better off to have cooked at home.

Each time I have gone there they never have what we want, you can hear them asking other employees if they have the items that where ordered. You would think they would have everything ready for a dinner time rush. Now I know why there is never a line of cars there. Won't be going back .

Wanted the new wraps but nope, no tortillas. Got a chicken sandwich combo. I got no customer service at the window, only attitude when paying for my food. I then did not receive my fries for my combo so went back to get them and again was given only attitude and no apology or response to anything I said including when I said thank you. Also the bun on the sandwich was hard as a rock as if it was old or stale, chicken ice cold and it was eaten in the parking lot of the establishment. The fries were also cold. This place continues to disappoint and this will be and was my last visit. Horrible service and food.

I sat in the drive through for 12 minutes and when I pulled up to order the lady told me it would be 20 minutes on all chicken. Everyone was driving off . I probably won’t be back.
