Contribuiți la feedbackAs Monday, when many restaurants are closed, we landed here, not much to expect. the menu is inconspicuous, pizzas a small amount salat and other standard dishes. while eating was in order, the service was unrepentable bad. my wife, finding her salad unwashed... and a little tired, pointed it to the waitress. the waitress took off from the critique and refused to accept the error. as later, the cook has. So if you find that they need to eat on Monday (or on another day of the week, come to it) find somewhere else.
Restaurant near the cathedrale. beautiful inside. attentive, friendly staff. basic selection of appetizers and netzen incl. pasta, salads, pizzas, stew, curry, fish etc. eating was ok, but not excellent.
At the end of the day, the visit of the city is fast because there is not much to see... certainly there is the castle, but the tour of the city close does not bring anything, no trade, the term medieval city seems to us a little exaggerated. We can always comfort ourselves with a ballad on the banks of the blavet that are arranged or look for a restaurant in the city, near the basilica our lady of paradise or there is a hint of animations with some bars... we must be bored sometimes at hennebont! we take a drink in a pub (face to the basilica) adjoining the restaurant the old lodge that actually belongs to the same owners, We decide to dine at the old lodge (which dates from 1639) and indeed the restaurant’s decoration is neat, we feel good, it’s not the crowd but we’re also in July...No entrance but directly the dish. a curry chicken at a price more than affordable (13 euros) that is prepared a little to Thai what is not to please us. It is very fragrant and mixed with rice, a pleasant dish to taste...A chocolate marrow to finish and we can take the road for new adventures...To finish on a note of humour, I also liked the bottle after razing "mennen", the real, the original, that of my father (he had the same in the 80s) laid in the toilet, at the disposal of the customers...
Very good reception. service a little slow. we ordered a 'basket of the pesked', which put an abnormally long time to arrive, given that it is a cold dish, without cooking. It was pretty good, but 3 small smoky salmon tongues, a small tuna piequin, and 4 pink shrimp for 16 euros, it's excessive!! Not even a little lemon or mayonnaise for shrimp. :-(You don't have to be too hungry, it looks more like an entrance than a main dish!!
In the evening we chose a homemade pizza(quality products). Sir is in the kitchen and ma'am is in the hall = Great team. The restaurant offers traditional cuisine with a formula from noon to 12€80. jump to the bar-pub under the floor = guaranteed atmosphere.
