Starbucks - Hendersonville

I don?t know. This is one of those stores inside a grocery chain and they use grocery employees. There are some good ones, then others that don?t show up in the morning so the entire store is just closed. Plus, they use the grocery WiFi and not the google WiFi and it has only worked 5% of the time.

I often don't get the full service of Starbucks when I've gone to grocery store Starbucks but this place is pleasantly different. Always a welcome smile and competent service. Thank you! I'm here almost daily

Went to buy their ginger loaf, but the unknown policy is to not sell out of the freezer. I usually buy 10-14 slices at a time $2.95 each. I prefer frozen to eat later. I don 't like lines. I can go somewhere else if there is a line. So I buy in bulk. Who does that, not sell your products. I waited but no more. I 'm not spending my money where I 'm not appreciated? starbucks walmart has the same business concept as the military, hurry up and wait ? ????

Almost every time I come to counter there is a sign written in scribble that someone will be back at some weird time. There should always be someone manning this counter. Also, the last 3-4 times there has actually been someone there to serve coffee my drink has been sub par..watered down and just not good at all. I won't be back.

Somehow the great coffee tastes even sweeter now. Thank you for being there and thx for keeping the internet on. It works great out here in the parking lot!! People could even have coffee dates in their cars while chatting on the phone!! Hmmm. ;
