Pacific Diner - Henderson

This breakfast spot has a fast food menu with better flavor and table service. Although it should be worth a 5-star rating, we had to wait over 20 minutes for our breakfast to be served. The staff apologized for being understaffed in the kitchen, but only after taking our order and having several waitresses continuously refill drinks without delivering our food. When our omelette finally arrived, the potatoes were overly salted and inedible, but the omelette and pancakes were tasty. After serving the food, the waitresses disappeared, leaving us without drinks. The owner did not take responsibility and blamed everything on Covid. Due to the incompetent kitchen staffing and inconsistent service, I would not go back to this place or recommend it to others.

We waited over 30 minutes for our order of French toast, French dip, and kids Mac. The French toast was burnt, the seasoned potatoes were not actually seasoned, the kids Mac was more like a cheese soup with hardly any noodles, and the French dip was served cold. I normally hesitate to leave negative reviews, understanding that mistakes can happen, but the staff was too busy to inform us of any delays or refill our coffees without us having to flag someone down.

Service was awesome but the food was subpar. Potatoes were very salty, bread was over buttered and even the salsa had too much salt.

Just as amazing as the first time we ate here. Great service! Great food!

My wife and I recently visited this quaint diner in Henderson. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with perfectly cooked pancakes, bacon, and eggs. The staff, especially our waitress Mark, were very friendly. I highly recommend this place for breakfast, although we have not yet tried their lunch or dinner options. We will definitely be returning to check them out.
