Inaka Sushi - Henderson

My boyfriend and I love Inaka. We’re on a tight budget, so we only get to treat ourselves every month or so to our favorite “All You Can Eat” lunch. My relationship with Inaka goes back more than 8 years, and survives even the most involved relationships of mine. I’m pretty sure I own a portion of the restaurant. The sushi is always excellent, but we’ve have some issues with the green tea ice cream. Our running joke is the owner didn’t pay the ice cream bill and now has to buy the crappy stuff. This is a small price to pay for delicious all you can eat lunch for under $25.00. We’ve also concluded that Friday must be the magic freshest delivery day for sushi. Fridays are always extra delicious. I highly recommend the Cajun Albacore Sashimi, and the Sex on the Beach role. Enjoy!

I 've been here a few times and it 's one of my fav places to go for AYCE. I always sit at the sushi bar and the same chef prepares for me. He started making 'off the menu ' rolls and combos based on what I liked. I end up having to say no more because he is fast with preparing and it 's easy to fill up. You has a great memory for remembering what I like. I don 't even pick up the menu, once I 'm seated he starts making rolls.

Sushi chef was great. Had my 16 month old grandson they made us feel welcome. Food was good to. He made off menu items that we asked about. Real find.

I absolutely love this place! Inaka is one of my favorite sushi spots in Las Vegas. I bring all of my friends and family here. The Sushi Chef is always amazing.

Great place. Nice and quiet. Very quick. Tastes great. One of my top 3 sushi places in vegas. Along with yama sushi.
