9th Island Grill - Henderson

Was in town and craving loco moco!!Action food, workers were nice and the restaurant was clean. Great prices for quality tasting food compared to other local spots.

I’ve visited this place about 6 times just to get the makai bowl regular size which the cost of it is about 13 dollars .What gets my attention is that I’VE NEVER GOTTEN A THANK YOU WHEN I TIP.apparently the employees don’t need any extra cash .The location at saint rose right across the Costco .

Very sad to see a business my family and I frequent often give visiting relatives such horribly food and when I raced back they said management said no refunds that's just how it is when food is grilled. My best advise don't eat here as burnt grilled food is the normal for this place, young female working rude and really didn't give a hoot that the food wasn't right. Coming from Hawaii that's not how we make food or treat anyone. Bring in the business I would always offer a refund or replacement.

Food was ok but service was horrible. They won’t greet you unless you greet them first. They acted like we were begging for free food. Won’t be coming back.

The food is really good, but customer service is not. I’ve been there twice and both times I haven’t been greeted or spoken to respectfully. They are very short and don’t even reply to you when you speak to them, just nod their head. I always say please and thank you and they will not say anything back or even smile.
