Dunkin' - Hempstead

I've visited this location for the second time, and I found them closed 30 minutes early. I went through the drive-thru and tried to enter, but both doors were locked. The employee saw me and then went to the back instead of assisting. I ended up going down the block to the Greenwich location, which was busy and open. You're losing business because of your unmotivated staff!

One of the DD locations in Hempstead has recently been remodeled. I’ve noticed a change in the service, as my coffee doesn’t taste as good as it used to. Additionally, my cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese isn’t toasted for as long as it used to be. What happened? It seems like there’s new staff!

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The drive-thru service was terrible, and the bathrooms were absolutely revolting – the most disgusting I've ever encountered in my life.

This is the worst dunkin doughnuts to EVER visit. Half of the time the store is never open to get service. I drive all the way here just to pull into the drive thru and the person says something that I couldn?t hear and then never respond back to evenallow me to order. I drive around to the window and no one is inside. This place needs to be shut down ASAP!!

I visited this location on peninsula blvd today very hesitantly using the drive-through, as I do not like to use the drive through, the service is usually not good and orders are taking wrong. This was the total opposite of my experience at this store the service was excellent. Not only was the order taken correctly but it was reviewed at the window with me, and the ladyat the window was exceptionally pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. What a great start to my morning!!
