Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hempfield Twp

Taco was basically empty and the guacamole cup had lettuce sticking out from under the lid...my order didnt even contain lettuce. Chips were about empty too.

Everything tasted great. Store mustve been out of sour cream, as I didnt get any at all. Mustve also been nearly out of cheese, as I received a very small amount of shreds of cheese

Chips and guacamole were flavorful! Only took one star off because I dont personally like their barbacoa, but it was still decent!

Just when I think the portions couldnt get any smaller. Both the quesadilla and burrito bowl were PATHETICALLY portioned. Keep cutting costs guys! Im sure people will keep paying the same price for less and less subpar food! No worries

Never fails to disappoint. Out of chips. Out of ice (yes, no ice for the soda you just paid full price for). Did they tell us any of this before we ordered? No. When I asked if they 're making more chips was told no we only make chips once a day . What 's happening to this franchise? Every single time, every location, it 's always something like this. And don 't get me started on the filthy kitchen. This chain used to be one of my favorites, now I may never go back.
