Polly's Pies - Hemet

The cinnamon rolls was huge! I barely ate 1/4 of it. I had an awesome breakfast and so I ordered lunch to go. Turkey burger with jalapeños. Yum! It also was huge so I had 1/2 for lunch and the other 1/2 for dinner.

We had our very first date 35 years ago at the Polly’s Pies in Long Beach. We aren’t in Long Beach anymore but every time we come to CA we stop at Polly’s if possible. The Polly’s in San Jacinto did not disappoint. Heather and stilly went out of their way and were excellent servers. Food was still good. My only disappointment is they no longer serve Nesbit butter pie except for a short period of time once a year. It was not available. Boo.

Had a delicious breakfast one morning recently with hubby, included was a bakery item so I wanted a small cinnamon bun.When the server brought then out they were huge and sooooo good. (Had to take move home and graze on it). Back at Polly's for lunch yesterday with a friend. We both had a chicken salad sandwich, again it was excellent. Bought raisin bread and a lemon meringue pie to go. Yum! I would definitely go back to Polly's.

The food is outstanding and the service is excellent! We would make a 2 hour drive from San Diego to eat there from time to time.

Decided to stop in this afternoon for some lunch. This was our first time and we were pleasently surprised by the great service and the delicious food. I had the fish and chips and my husband had the ribs. Generous portions and cooked to perfection, the cornbread was so good. We will definitely be going back.
